We are a specialist dental practice dedicated to the treatment and management of periodontal disease. Periodontal means "around the teeth" and periodontal (gum) disease is a name given to a group of conditions which affect the supporting structures of the teeth, namely gum and bone tissues.

Raj qualified from Liverpool University in June 1993 when he joined general dental practice. In November 1994 he started work at the Department of Periodontology at the Royal London Dental Institute as a clinical research associate. He went on to complete the Masters in Periodontology in September 1997.

Since then he has continued to work in general and community dental services, as well as maintaining links with periodontal research. Currently he is also working as a Senior Dental Officer in Periodontology for Brent Community Dental Service in NW London.
